Shipping is free throughout Colombia.
International shipments have a cost that is calculated at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY TIME

Our delivery times within Colombia are between 3-6 business days and outside Colombia between 8-12 business days.

ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE

If after the business days, your order has not been delivered, please contact our WhatsApp or send us an email to support@stefficrown.com

TRACK ORDER

Once the purchase is confirmed, we will send to your email the tracking number with which you can track the status of your order.

RETURNS

- Exchanges and returns will be made within the first 15 days, the product must be in perfect condition.
